cracker 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2005 Ever wanted to set up a webserver so that you could have your friends check out a new page you're working on? Or maybe you'd just like to play around with HTML, and need to have a local webserver to get a good feel... Whichever the case, you've probably discovered that most of the webservers out there are, how should I put this, interface challenged. Sure, you can run Apache on your machine, but only after a couple hours hacking on cryptic text files; but now there's a better option... Introducing AnalogX SimpleServer:WWW, the first in a series of simple to use yet powerful servers! This webserver is SO easy to use, about the only thing you need to know how to do is drag and drop files; then just click on the 'Start' button, and you're webserver is up and running, serving your pages to the world! Best of all, SimpleServer minimizes to the system tray, so it doesn't take up valuable screen space when you're not working with it. SimpleServer:WWW supports MIME file typing, CGI, common log format, and multi-hosting, just to name a few! If you've always wanted a compact, easy to use, versatile webserver, then your prayers have been answered! it works easily with rconnect ur ip is ur web url download http://www.analogx.com/files/sswwwi.exe
cracker 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2005 if u have more than 1 pc and only 1 is connected with internet and all r in network but if u want to share internet with all pc all u need this Do you have several machines on a network, but only one connection to the internet? Wish you could browse the net from the other machines, just like you can from the machine that's connected? Then what you're looking for is called a Proxy Server, and AnalogX has just what you want. AnalogX Proxy is a small and simple server that allows any other machine on your local network to route it's requests through a central machine. So what does that mean in English? Simple, run Proxy on the machine with the internet connection; configure the other machines to use a proxy (it's very easy, there's a detailed description in the readme), and voila! You're surfing the web from any other machine on your network! Supports HTTP (web), HTTPS (secure web), POP3 (recieve mail), SMTP (send mail), NNTP (newsgroups), FTP (file transfer), and Socks4/4a and partial Socks5 (no UDP) protocols! It works great with Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, AOL Instant Messenger, Microsoft Messenger, and many more! download http://www.analogx.com/files/proxyi.exe size 295.5kb
