abhay 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2005 Reliance Infocomm in order to strengthen its customer care service has added 106 customer interface operating units in the eastern region beside its round the clock call centre. The CDMA major Monday said it will depute dedicated personnel to handle customers related problems and complaints at the interface points - Reliance WebWorld, Reliance WebWorld Express across West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. Reliance Info in a statement Monday said it has 80 such units in West Bengal and 13 each in Jharkhand and Bihar. "An improved customer service is one of the key contributors to the circle's burgeoning customer base which has experienced an impressive growth of 25 per cent during the last four months," Reliance Info CEO (WB, Bihar and Jharkhand) Khurshed Ahmed said. Utsav 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2005 Doesn't matter much for me. I've already seen CC branche opened in WebWorld Park Street at Kolkata but WW doesn't follow their instructions/directions. Seen a lot of customers being redirected to CC brach office nearby and the CC ppl out their resolving their issues but WW guys are not following the steps to resolve the issues.
