bmdesai1987 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2006 hi i just heard about the grey markets - well why dont we order some handsets from inter - would be cheaper even if we add the fedex or Dahl charges. these phones are very light in weight altho - nice bussiness oppurtunity i see now. i have found some dirty information and hardware for CDMA networks, as the R&R dont allow those postings - IM me. That's the extra security measure. Any ideas? Another question. How to enter the hidden keypad A-Key programming menu in the Reliance LG phones : 2030,2130,2230,2330,2340,2430,5130,6130 etc? I can enter the NAM programming menu in LG Rd2330 by pressing #542362#*542362*. The following options are available there : 1. Service program 2. Short NAM 3. Field test 4. Data 5. VM log 6. SMS MO 7. CDG2 test 8. FCC test 9. System 10. LCD contrast Unfortunately I can not find any option to enter the new A-Key value from the keypad. Please help. I need to get into the menu because I want to unlock the phone to Verizon. On Verizon's software, we did #HELP*HELP and that worked, but not on the phone. AgeNt B 0 Report post Posted September 25, 2006 Okay. heres the story. The phone was origionally a VX6000 from Verizon. The phone is 3 years old, and one day it decited not to start up. Since i was do for an upgrade, I bought an LG VX9900 phone. As an experiment, I decited to flash the VX6000 to the RD6000 software, and it worked, but I need to unlock it so that I can have it run on Verizon service again on my other plan(all I have is a VX10 on that plan and that needs to go!) The reason why I dont just flash it back to Verizon's software is because I really like the RIM software much better. Better standard ringtones, the camera's pictures are comming out much clearer and the speaker is clearer and louder than with the VX software.
