But TRAI understand has problems and Reliance which had announce at 40P per min to even 10P for 15 sec calls had to withdraw. An opinion wave be created to compel the Telecom players and the TRAI to announce the Death of Distance Scheme with all calls be on local rate. Well Reliance can take the initiative. Greens 21 Report post Posted March 28, 2004 (edited) ofcourse the distance is dead in joy 399 plan. where you pay flat rs.1 for mobile to mobile calls anywhere in india and rs.2.50 to any landline calls anywhere in india.
