Tata offers ringtone download in fixed phone lines

Tata Indicom on Thursday offered ringtone downloads in fixed phones, claiming it was for the first time in the world that this was being done.

Tata Indicom in a statement said it would offer free ringtones cost till December 31 in the LSP 350T walky model to make landlines attractive to consumers.

"The innovative feature of downloading ringtones on Walky LSP 350T showcases Tata Indicom's commitment to constantly innovate while, offering consumers," Tata Teleservices president (marketing) Harish Bhat said in a statement.

Its a starting of new offer.
