If you do not specify a domain, the remote access server attempts to verify your user name and password on the domain of which it is a member. Carefully retype your user name, password, and domain. If you are unsure of this information, contact your system administrator. I am getting this message, when i try to connect my R Connect. When i call to RCC, he registered my complain. jayant 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2005 Well what come to mind are only 2 reasons at the moment..... 1st is that ur Rconnect services has been disabled due to some reason or the other or there is some technical problem in reliance. That happened to me once when i was using RD2030 and my services were withdrawn due to unknown reasons(unknown atleast to me). I tried help from *333 but they have never been helpful(atleast for me) and it has always been the WW which always helped me and sorted my problem, I waited for *333 guys to sort my problem but when it didnt got fixed even after 2 days then i went to WW and those guys got my Rconnect services back again in 3 hours Neways u dial number in which format? i mean 93..... or ur std code + ur mobile number? try using the way other than the one u use. RajanPERT 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2005 Thanks for support!!! I think this problem is at Reliance server front not at my Computer front. Because reliance activated freedom at night plan just two days ago. So i think, this is sometype activation or deactivation problem. Jayant may be right, that reliance deactivated my connection due to some type problem in network. I already registered a complain with RCC and got a complain number regarding this matter. AS Reliance service is descreasing from some time. I also getting signal problem in my area. By the way thanks and more comments are invited. Thanks and Take Care!
