tanveer 59 Report post Posted November 2, 2005 There have been so many threads where people like me ask for softwares. Can we haev a separate thread where we can request for specific softwares and post the links about which we know. There was a similar thread started by redshift "small wonders" but it wasnt a request thread If mods feel it is not required, they can remove this thread and merge it with another thread. Now here are my requests 1. I need a software that can make/ print cd covers by reading the content. I just got a MP3 player for my car. Now i need a list/ cover for that cd which I can use for reference since it would contain 100 songs or so. 2. Is there a software that can create GIF animations from video clips. Simple to use, I know there is a long way by making stills and then using an animtor. Also is there a free gif animator available? And is there a way to resize GIFs? Again I dont want to break the image into stills and then resize each one of them and then make a GIF. Can someone help? ANy and everyone can chip in with their help. Also queries and requests can be answered on this thread.

Features are amazing : Resumable web page downloads multiple sites simultaneously it is 100% legal ... instead of viewing one page at a time and saving it ... u are saving a number of pages together.. Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted November 21, 2005 U can d/l & install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack. Its amazing. If u hv K-Lite codec pack and WMP installed on the system, U need nothing else. It allows playing all kind of formats. U can d/l it from here: D/l K-Lite Codec Pack
raccoon 53 Report post Posted November 21, 2005 To find out exactly which codec is required for a particular format, you can use GSpot Codec Information tool. After you determine exactly which codec is required, you can get it from say http://www.free-codecs.com and install it. It would be lot more worthwhile doing this if you only require a couple of codecs ...no point in downloading and installing whole "codec packs".
