sibyseb 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2005 Hello I have seen several postings regarding the r-connect cables for the newer FWP LG LSI 110 and LSP 350R. Some have suggested using a standard USB cable for PC connection. Are these phones standard USB devices, as far as PC connectivity is concerned? Will a standard USB cable and the software downloadable from the relianceinfo website be all that is needed to use r-connect? Also with regards to r-connect speed and stability, which model is superior? LSP 350 claims 144 kbps; but practically it may not be any significant. Anybody has done a comparative study? mk15 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2005 Hi there LG LSI110 uses a generic USB cable available freely. LG350R uses a specific USB data cable available at Tata Indicom true value for Rs.149/- or with Reliance web worlds for Rs.1400/- . The data connectivity is much superior with a USB cable than with serial. Although I got best output from LG LSI110 but there are very frequent disconnections as compared to the LG 350R.
