maverick81a 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2005 Hi all, Am new user in this forum. I have been facing this problem of not being able to connect to internet through R-Connect. I am prepaid user. I installed the DataCable and when try to connect to internet i get this damn error of 691 i.e. Access denied as user name/password are invalid on domain. I am entering my mobile no. as username and password and am not prefixing any zero(0). As for data-cable i am also using LG-PC Sync, and do not face any problem with that. does that mean there is no problem with datacable. I have been complaining with Cust-Care since 3rd dec. to no avail. The problem still remains. they say that they have activated my data services, refreshed my details, but still that problem remains. i have installed and uninstalled the s/w of r-connect numerous times. Also got my mobile checked at LG authorized center and got the s/w upgraded. Please if any of the forum member can help me would be greatly appreciated. If u could then u can call me at 9350108118.
