Free Sms Funda - Does It Really Work ?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

The tech show on cnbc tv18 hosted by abhimanyu radhakrishnan had mentioned some episodes about a certain code by which GSM SIM clocks get locked and one can avail of free SMS ... He re-iterated the same stuff today and the code is

*#746025625#

He had mentioned that it works on nokia cellphones... I tried it both on Dolphin & Hutch networks on my nokia 3200, but it doesnt seem to work !

Anyone tried it before ? Let me know plz !!!! Any code or change in SMS centre number in Dolphin by which we can avail of free SMS ??

Let me knw plz !

Cheers,

dude did some googling on ur stuff

http://www.google.com/search?q=*%237460256...&sa=X&oi=lrtip7

i think this code is for sim-clock-check

Sim Clock information

To check if the Sim-Clock can be stopped type:

*#746025625# (= *#sim0clock#)

which is used to save battery -: as its told in many websites

*(Sim-clock-stop is a kind of standby mode which will save battery time). May not work with all firmware versions.

nothing about free sms or something! may b this is what u want?? BTW in my phone if i try this it says "STOPPING SIM CLOCK NOT ALLOWED" <-- nokia 2300

I saw the show too yesterday night, and he did mention that it may not work with all operators as the 'bug' could have been plugged by most operators already. When the handset is in "Sim-clock-stop" mode, some operators do not log SMS sent during that time.

hey anujit,

i actually saw it on tv.. he showed it on his cell ( was it nokia 8310, guys ?? ) ! It actually showed SIM CLOCK stopped or something like that.. Trump had a different message centre number ( till last year ) which when entered gave absolutely free SMS ( local n national ). Stupid ppl realised it and plugged it. Damn those trump ppl !

Actually this tech show hosted on CNBC TV 18 copies many parts from old international shows like TV.com, etc. Maybe they have taken permission from them. But some of them like these are old and do not cater to the Indian community.

Hello I joined this Forum recently. I read your message. I too am TRUMP Customer. I also need the Message Centre No. which will avail me free SMS service.

Please do something. I am in urgent need of this centreno. because my balance is too low to even message somebody. Please.

I tried it on my nokia 1100 it shows sim clock stopping allowed but I don't know whether SMS is charged or not as sms charges are not deducted quickly.

It will take some of calculations and time, I will tell you
