Chennai and Tamilnadu Circle will be treated as single service area for Cellone tariff purpose alone. Chennai CellOne customers now can make calls to any mobile customers of Tamilnadu Circle at a local call rate and vice-versa. Incoming calls to a Chennai CellOne Customer roaming in Tamilnadu Circle will not be charged and vice-versa. Chennai CellOne customers can make calls to BSNL Tamilnadu Land line at local call rates and Tamilnadu Circle CellOne customers can make calls to Chennai Land Line at local call rates.
