Terminate My Fwp Connection

I terminate my FWP connection which have Rs1500/- data plan. But when i called on that number...i received a message that no. is currently switched off....or received a busy tone.

I think Web express people using for their work...please tell me is that ok....or they will send me a bill. And there is any way of knowing that my connection is terminated or not.

Call reliance customer care and ask what services are activate on your number. Not told him that you have requested for termination of service. If they ask about termination of service, then tell all truth. It may solve your confusion.

It is always good to work like you do not know anything when you contact RCC.

wasn't there any security with your connection ? if it is not terminated then you cant get that back . web world express must have given you some termination slip.

They given me handset return slip and also adjusted 1000 Rs security in my existing bill. But dont give any termination slip. But write on a bill that this connection is surrender by customer.

I think you don't have to worry about this, because FWP works only in the 150 metres from the place of activation. So, there is very little chance of misuse.

:P . It actually works in the area complete area served by the BTS to which your FWP is assigned. And in some cases it is assigned to more than one tower. 150 meters is what Reliance says as it is supposed to fix the FWP within the premises of the subsriber.

but you can get your bts reassigned from web world express . it will take 48 hr to activate in new area .

Call *366(u can even call from ur rim and inquire bout ut FWP No.) and inquire bout ur service status...If they tell u cancelled, it means that the account is terminated....If suspended, it means that the account is still not setttled and the Rs.1000 security deposit adjustment must b pending..and if its active,give them the receipt No. and ask them to raise a TT (trouble ticket) and get the TT No...which u can followon latter

Further, please ask the *366 guy to confirm whether any case has been created for security deposit adjustment against your bills.....If he denies, please approach the WWE, ask them to provide the No. of the Zonal Executive(CC and Commercial) and talk to him directly....u might have to followup!!

I talked to the Customer Head in my City and they said...you will get termination slip after 1 week because we have to show that we try our level hard so that you dont terminate the connection.

But you will not be charged for the period from date you surrender the phone.

thats crap.....write to CM's office if u still havent got the slip....

And yeah...if they havent given u the slip nor have u signed on any documents when u returned the instrument, tell them that u will have a police complaint that ur handset is stolen!! :)

ashras do u have any bill lying with u ? there is billing account no given on top right on first page . by that it can be checked what is the status of ur phone .
