Lg2340 - Incoming Calls Don't Ring

My LG2340 has a weird problem. In the "General" mode when incoming calls are supposed to ring, some calls trigger the ringer sound and some don't!!!! The calls can be seen as incoming on the display but the phone doesn't make any sound!! In the same setting, other incoming calls from other phone numbers triggers normal behaviour.

FYI - I used LG's desktop phone management tool to import phone numbers to the cell's phone book.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with LG 2530. I think it is related to the fact that "Groups" can have individual ring tones. Try removing all custom ring tones for the different groups (Family, Friends, Colleagues etc).

Try to update u r Mobile Software & Chk it out..
