HI, sorry i missed this post. my friend placed an order around february 24, 2006 then followed it up by ONLINE transfer of money to an IDBI account, (Rs. 15,000 for Nokia N-80) after the transfer was already done - there was no response from NOKIA-IND, after several phone calls and emails, and no positive response, my friend cancelled the ORDER and asked for a refund there was no response to this either after several phone calls and emails later one email was received from SALES TEAM at NOKIA-IND informing that my friend can do whatever to claim re-fund. This happened in first week of April, 2006 my friend and I are consulting legal recources available; at the same time we started looking up on the Internet for more information, when I came across this forum I am aware of the WIPO case that has been decided against NOKIA-IND, but that also does-not seem to have worked out well.
