I even told the same to our samsung service centre head...what he said that he ll personally email me whenever a new version comes. So nice of him... Chirag 5 Report post Posted July 28, 2004 Wasn't sure whether u guys knew abt it... hence posting here... Well, I got my sis' Samsung N191 phone upgraded yesterday. Will let u'll know the exact description of the version. But if my memory is good it was S: N191.WH09 The Service Center dude says that earlier version had a bug. Chirag 5 Report post Posted July 29, 2004 Alrite heres the entire Version name PRL : 1 S: N191.WH09 H:N191.51 One more added feature i found in this version than the earlier 1 tht i had. Earlier, to get the name displayed for a GSM No. Entry, i had to save the no. in both National (098XXXX) and International (009198XXXX) format such that the name is displayed when i recieve a call and an SMS. Now by jus saving the No. in International Format, the no. is displayed both while getting a call n an SMS!! This thing was missing in my earlier version! Shabz 8 Report post Posted July 15, 2005 HI i just changed my mobile from lg rd 2030 to samsung n 191 I did not buy the mobile it was my brothers prepaid which got deactivated recently now i want to upgrade the software rang the ASC they told will charge Rs 200 why is it so when LG upgrades for free I did not upgrade my lg since the ASC guy said there was nothing new in the version only for international roaming some changes in v 17 (LG RD2030) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
