ciber 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2006 Hi to all, I am using Lg Rd 6230 from past 2 month's. It's a pretty cool Phone. The feauture's of thease mobile are limited. The main problem with the phone is It records vidieo in *MJP* format. Which not played in pc meadia player's. And i can't a converter to convert in other meadia files. MJP Format is based on Motion-Jpeg technology. It's a compressed format with quality recording. I already down loaded Morgan Multimeadia's M-Jpeg Codec. But I found it's not much worthy. docsinghal 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2006 I used to own a LG 7230 till about two months back.... the software CD had a LG player which used to play the mjpeg format and could also be used to convert it t avi. As we know that we have all tried a lot to get a mjp converter but nobody succeeded.... But guess wat guys i got the success finally........ This software is called "MJPtool3" using this u can convert ur existing videos in .mjp format.... It supports converting following formats : .mpg .mpeg .avi .asf .wmv .mov One the first go i tried to convert .mpeg video to .mjp but the conversion failed on the mid way.... On the second attempt i again tried converting .mpg to .mjp but it failed.... :sad: I thought this software is also a crap like one we have mobi1 or something like that.... i was very upset n i started watching a porn video clip on my nokia 7610(gsm) it was nice :smile: then suddenly a little thoughtful idea arised in my mind & i switched of my cell phone, took out the MMC, inserted it on my card reader & transferred a little clip to my computer & tried converting this video to .mjp format...................................................................................................... Guess wat this time i finally got the success :wink: & was able to convert it......... Wat next uploaded it on my 6230 & its playing very nicely..... Vishal -=Edited : No xx links / cracks plz, no warn applied as of now =- i am very sorry to say that this software is also not working while i succeeded to convert mjp file but it dosnot working in my lg6230 mob. i think it convert mjp file in 128x124 img and our mobile req 128x128. i alos try to edit software and succeeded to convert in 128x128 . after all when uploaded it to mobile it DOES NOT WORKINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG but fail .. please upload ur clip(WHICH YOU CONVERTED) so i analize it .... I think this Handset is not compatible enough. Better to find out with LG authorised mob techies. Before we conclude is there any positive finding with the video converters................... So plz plz plz upload the mjp converter app here or upload anywhere... but plz frnds help me to get this app.... I searched in this forum but there is a link for downloading the app (rapidshare) but its saying "File Not Found" so i am very worried.. plz consider my case frndz...
