Nothing interesting in this, simply wastage of call. Some1 might b playing pranks or may b testing answering machine. When i called what i heard was a person talking to some1 else and laughing(language may b malayalam). Anyway i won't b charged i'm in DAPO(it's a std call from b'lore will b deducted from plan mins)

It might a call forward to some other operator, who supports dialer tunes.

I experienced this when i called to one of my friends reliance number, when put call forward to an airtel number.

So no magic.
