amtrag 20 Report post Posted February 27, 2006 All LG phone models are not cheap and bad. But still many cheap models are there. Let the customer decide what to buy and what not. I agree with you Honest, All LG models are not cheap quality...just see the models they launch in US or other developed countries (I mean check out on the net) and anybody would change their opinion about LG. But its a diff story here in India.
petar 15 Report post Posted February 27, 2006 ALL comments here are with reference to LG MODELS on Reliance Network in INDIA. We cannot compare with outside world. The quality norms are diffrent in europe & US. SO any damm company who sells phone there, has to take care of all that.
amtrag 20 Report post Posted February 27, 2006 Excuse for going a bit offtrack: Why just mobile phones...just look at the specs of any decent music system, be it sony, philips or any else, here 10% distortion is an accepted norm while in the US, the norm is of the order of <0.5% . Actually, these mnc companies are dumping outdated or inferior models in our markets.
petar 15 Report post Posted March 1, 2006 How true my dear freind. & if we want same quality as other countries... they loot us. Look at prices of ipod in india & abroad. just a example.

linuxguy 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2006 LG Phones have a very bad finish. Nokia low and mid range phones have bad finish too. I find Samsung phones have an excellent finish - be it low/mid/high range!
