Problem Using Automated Customer Service Functions In Nokia 2112

Hi I changed my mobile from Gtran to Nokia 2112. I am not able to use the options in automated customer service of reliance *333 and also *368..

Please help

Did u chk for the Message from Reliance, Giving your No. Confirming the Activation.

DTMF needs to be enabled to choose anything on IVR.

Hi Ashok,

Thank you for your advice and help. Now the feature is funtional. I chose continous option of DTMF.
