lostjournal 7 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 (edited) one can get r world on his 2330 cellphone.. and it will become similar to 2340.. one of my friend who went for his phone repair.. was astonished to see that that lg customer service centre people had installed r world in his set..(after repairing) i am not sure whether they also changed the chipset .. (his phone was not switching on..only the lg logo was blinking).. but now he can download ringtones..and enjoy minimal version of r world.. lostjournal 7 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 Oh thas cooll.. what do u think have they changed the software or have upgraded with new software ????/ i believe there is no difference in the hardware of the two phones.. 2330 and 2340..(in fact all the recently launched phones in that series 2430 2530..) its the software that is different.. 2330 was launched first..then they just came with the new software that supported r world.. and the name changed to 2340(instead of 2430).. i believe they are using this new software for these two phones now..
