As per my knowledge all reliance LG models come with R connect / internet facility. Just purchase the DATA Cable for your LG 2530. As their is no facility of data transfer in 2530 hence you will not get the data cable for LG 2530 hence you need to purchase the suitable DATA Cable (like LG 2230) which will work and fit in 2530. Install the driver / software come with that Data Cable. User ID : your mobile No. Password : your mobile No. and phone # #777 (In Ahmedabad) (I believe its same in all India) and try to connect it However, I cannot sure about the speed. I am getting 153KB speed.
