Chirag 5 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 Cross Connections in Voice Calls, and now Cross Connections in SMS.... Very much possible! Last month, i faced another big issue where one of my SMS was getting delivered to a TATA Number continuously every 2mins.... It kept happening for more than 48hrs! Jus imagine the mental trauma to the person recieving the sms! And reliance couldn't do anything... It kept happening for like 2-5 days. And it was happening only with TATA numbers in my Circle. ashoksoft 83 Report post Posted March 31, 2006 Even I faced a similar scenario yesterday, when a girl, an old member of Rimweb contacted me and said "Please stop messaging me, and please remove my number from ur forward list" ... the funkiest part is I just sent her one message, and she had received 23 ! I am not joking .... 23 REPEAT messages! Of course, customer care enjoyed talking to me yesterday... Cheers Ashok
MVP 3 Report post Posted March 31, 2006 And I didn't believe the webworld CC guys when they showed me the list of multiple NLD SMSes to numbers for which I was charged when in fact I had sent only one SMS to those numbers. So if you are not under any free SMS scheme you end up paying for those multiple SMSes!!! coolharshal 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2006 (edited) I'm also facing this kind of problem. And i've identified the scenerio when this happens.. When d msg memory of the receiver is full, chances are that sms will get delivered to some wrong number. Sometimes, original msg goes and sometimes a copy goes. Its weird. I've also faced anger from few girls. Edited April 14, 2006 by coolharshal
