drali 6 Report post Posted April 18, 2006 i want to delete the unwanted mails directly from my inbox without sending it to the TRASH folder. is it possible? thanx!
Arun 795 Report post Posted April 18, 2006 Nope, not possible ! Even if you use a POP email client to remove emails from the server, you will have to move them to the Trash folder and then empty it. Moreover, that would require a Rediffmail Plus subscription too.

Arun 795 Report post Posted April 18, 2006 spam mails get moved to the Spam/Junk folder, you need to empty it from there (it gets removed automatically after 7 days though).

Arun 795 Report post Posted May 8, 2006 Forwarding to other email accounts in Rediffmail is possible only for Rediffmail Plus users, not for free accounts. Rediffmail Plus has POP/SMTP access along with email forwarding.
