supernova 47 Report post Posted April 27, 2006 earlier nokia was having 7+2 days replacement process wirh reliance i.e if the autorize service centre does not gives ur phone in 7 working days then you can contact reliance web world and then they will mail nokia and try for another 2 working days ; if still they could not give set back after correcting gault then they will replace handset .... but now this process no longer exists .. can any rimweb member post about new process ? Nishith 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2006 (edited) i got a little hair line crack in my handset some days ago when my handset got hanged while loading games into it soo now nokia care telling me this set is out of warrenty as ur set is been crack but it got crack by itself thats it nothing else and i know there is only the software problem in it but they r not changing my handset nor repairing saying this handset is not repairable i done all this gone too reliance and contacted too nokia care website Edited April 28, 2006 by Nishith Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

From Nokia ASC (kalyan) One of my friends handset also had some problem with Nokia handset, ie it was not getting swtiched ON at all....So we took it to Nokia care centre and they said it is beyond repairable at their Bangalore facility, so need to send it to Chennai and told it may take 15 days. Its been almost 20 days, but still they say, they couldnt repair the set and offered to give a replacement handset which is a used one. So my friend rejected the offer and demanding for new set. But Nokia is not assuring anything and just buying time. My friend is really getting irritated and want to escalte the same to higher officals of Nokia.. Is there anyway to do this..pls help....
