thinkpositive 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2007 (edited) my handset is nokia 2112 using with tata indicom sim connection me changed the security code from default 12345 to something else now i forgot the changed new security code which i choosed any method to reset that security code to default... me tried *3001#12345# i cant find any method to reset the security code tried *#7780# and *#7370# to reset which asks for security code (that i cant recollect) is there any other method ???? i freared that my phone might be locked ultimately if tried too meny time by entering wrong security code. any body .... i desperately need assistance....... help me.... please.... help me... i am in deep trouble......... thinkpositive ajintraju@rediffmail.com Edited April 4, 2007 by thinkpositive Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

prathod 3 Report post Posted April 4, 2007 *3001#12345# won't show your security code in some ruim enabled phones,the best solution is to go to a nokia service center and ask them to reset your security code.You can find your nearest service center here http://nokia.co.in/nokia/0,,89837,00.html . please help me friends... i am in very pathetic condition......... The other alternative for you is to download diego or phoenix and connect your phone using dku5 cable,you can view your security code and can even change it.The download link for diego is given somewhere in this forum.You will find many materials on diego on this forum. modcar 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I realise this thread is old, but, i'm trying to reset to default settings on my phone, because it doesnt text beep when messages come in - so im hoping it will fix it.
