anujk2004 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2006 Hi, Firstly kudos to all the people involved in maintaining an informative and fiercely technoical site. I would like to share a problem I m facing. I have a RD 2030 and since some time it leaves service area the moment I connect it to the USB port for using RConnect. The problem does not come with a serial cable. Also the problem occurs of its own volition and cannot be predicted. I am facing this only in Mumbai. I went to chennai and there the same cable worked perfectly. Also serial cable gives no such problem. Any suggestions would be really helpful. I have the old software version 08 can that be the problem?
