ctrl_alt_del 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2006 (edited) Guys, I need urgent help. A friend of mine has a RIM LG 2340 phone, around 9 months old. Suddenly now a problem has cropped up. It's asking to remove the headset even when there is none plugged in, in the first place. Infact, she has never used a headset on the phone. Changing profile doesn't help, it keeps on asking the same thing. Shutting down the phone and restarting didn't help either. When someone calls her, the phone rings and if she accepts the call, she can't hear anything. I am completely baffled. As she is in Mumbai, I cant help her without seeing the phone as I have never used this particular model. Can anyone help me out here? Has anyone faced a smiliar problem? Owners of LG 2340 please help!!! EDIT:Guys, I found the solution. Inserting and removing a headset solved the problem. I request the Mod Team to kindly delete or lock the topic.
