Freedom At Night Plan For Rim Prepaid

I have been using a lot of R Connect with my prepaid RIM lately (Rs 3000+ in 2 months for mainly night-time browsing) and expect to do so for the next 3-4 months. To save money I want to switch to the Freedom plan (free 10-6 night for Rs 400 pm). I have these questions:

1. How do I enroll in that plan?

2. How much balance should be in the account at the beginning and how much should it be maintained at?

3. When does a 'month' start - 1st of the calendar month or the 1st day of enrollment in the plan?

4. Is getting off the plan hassle-free?

There is no "Freedom@Night" plan for Prepaid customers as of date.
