Change The Name Of Section "Reliance Infocomm Discussion"

Arun i think we should change the name of the section from "Reliance Infocomm Discussion" to "Reliance Communications Discussion"

since the name of the Company will be offcially change and it represents the all Communications ventures of reliance we should also change the name so that the section should represents all of the communication sector
