Problem In Using Lg Rd2030 For Internet

Hi,

i have LG RD 2030 mobile. I tried to install the RConnect for it from the installation CD. I have an USB connector. My PC has Windows XP running AMD Athlon Processor. Driver installation happens and after it asks me to restart the PC. After restart i connect my phone to the PC and the new hardware found wizard comes up. But it is not recognizing it as an modem and i am not able to proceed with my RConnect installation.

I dont have this problem in another PC with Windows 98 running on Intel Processor.

Hi yen,

just add new modem manually go to START>RUN>telephon.cpl and there add new modem with the file attached if u don't already have it. Then make a dial up connection manually number to dial will be#777 username pwd will be ur ph number without zero. Any difficulty ask forum brothers if i notice in time i'll also reply back.
