I use internet for 2~4 hours everyday. Battery goes down after 40 minutes only even i charge it 100% till it shows "AC" logo. What to do now? This problem wasnt before. I was able to use internet for 2~3 hours easily without using power adapter of it ON while using the phone. Shall i go to LG's servicing center to replace battery as the phone is under warranty ? rajanmehta 4,056 Report post Posted October 16, 2010 If this was bought from Reliance and you are using a Reliance connection on it, then as per the terms, the handset is the property of Reliance even after you paying a sum for it. Consequently, Reliance undertakes all repair, replacement free of cost. I had the same issue in LG LSI-110. Called Reliance CC, service guy came, replaced battery free of cost and it worked fine. aalok 442 Report post Posted October 16, 2010 (edited) ^ @ rajan : the scenario you mentioned is for Postpaid FWP connections, not for prepaid connections. I had faced some issues with LG LSI-110 & LG LSP 340E, but reliance o & m team refused to rectify the problem FOC as am a prepaid subscriber of FWPs... Nearly one year back this had been converted into prepaid. In my case battery was good, but after 3 minits talk , battery power going down. Now it's working only on mains power.
