argav75 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2006 (edited) Hi Folks.... Yet I am new to RIM, I am facing an odd.I have bought LG5340 with 2100 Rs Free talk time pre-paid scheme. Some how I Lost the mobile in a crowd.Now I had reported for the lost to web word and they had stopped the outgoing. The balance remian with the lost numbered is not negligible. Now comes the problem. If I want to stay with my old number and new LG5340 I will not receive my old balance with it,More shocking is that even paying full amount of new LG5340 I am not getting new 2100 Rs talktime with it. Quite strange and shocking. Nobody will prefare to change the number.But at lost of double amount one must protest or should know more. Any body can guide me.
