ashishbabu 1 Report post Posted July 10, 2006 Recently i hv purchased a second hand Samsung Slim mobile, when i activated it with a new number it got activated, but starting mobile after 15 minute my incoming and outgoing is not started, i contact CC they said that your no. is activated, may be problem is in your handset, and when i went to the mobile repairing shop they said that this is the fault of RIM, now plz suggest me what can I do Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

When i call this number it says the "Mobile is switched off" When i dial *228 it respond quickly. I your case your mobile has not saved the new gnerated MIN Number. If u want to know your MIN NO. just go to the Nearest Service center. So not get in pvt. contact authourised service centre , and contact service person, explain the problem, they will write the min and also new software available for slim handset apgrade that and enjoy with samsung if any problem contact 'support.india@samsung.com' with the full details of service centre and service person location ect plz give me my mobile min no.my mobile no. is 9350155925 and rsn no is RSSHSA002477049 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
