Problem With Zte Card On My Laptop.

Hi,

I'm using the reliance ZTE Rconnect card. From couple of days i'm facing a problem while connecting. After verifying the user name and password it throws an error like this.

Can someone help me out on this

"Registering your computer on the network"... then it doesn't...get error 720, A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection. For further assistance, click MORE INFO or search help and support center for this error number".

Also while i'm querying the modem from modem options it throws an error of "opening the modem device failed with error 00000005"
