cmahendra 9 Report post Posted July 26, 2006 (edited) Right to Information Act. Dudes grow up! This is for all and spread it to all your friends mentioning my name You dont need to file any RTI or anything for surfing porn in your private homes/cabins. This is called private viewing and you can read KAMASUTRA in private without any trouble. It is your right. Private viewing or explicit materials is not banned anywhere in the world when seen in private. But viewing such things in public places like open cybercafes/open offices/govt office/hotels... etc where more than ONE persons exist, is OFFENCE! MTNL cannot do anything in this case, even if they monitor your surfing. This is the case of IPC (Indian Penal Code) and police can interfere and suit a case against you, IF THEY ARE INFORMED BY YOUR GIRLFRIENDS FATHER OR BROTHER. SO ALWAYS KEEP SOMEONE OUTSITE THE DOOR! he he he. One more FACT: Watching porn and enjoying Pirated Audio or Video are completely different things. Watching/Listening PIRATED Audio or Video in your bedroom is also an OFFENCE, until you are caught This can again happen if your GIRLFRIENDS ex-boyfriend brings the police and they find any new/old pirated MP3 CD or any New/Old pirated VCD/DVD in your bedroom or even bathroom SO ALWAYS KEEP SOMEONE OUTSITE THE DOOR! hee hee hee. But still I wont advice you to relax and enjoy porn, you know why. There is 100% chance when you visit the second porn site, that your PC will get infected with MALWARE/TROJAN/DOWNLOADER SPYWARE. etc. I am telling all this because I am into the Internet Business since many years and we make legal agreements with our clients when we sell web-spaces, so they dont host porn sites in Indian Sector. Phir bhee PORN dekhna hai toh dekho! Ooparwala malik. C. Mahendra Webmaster, Indiacam PS: I do have MTNL Night Plan, not specially for this purpose but my PC is never infected by porn sites! HA HA HA! Its highly IMMMUNED with hardware firewall and online spyware catchers. I mean SYMANTEC INTERNET SECURITY with 10 user license legally bought and is updated every minute on all PCs! ISKI MAAKAA, TYPE KAR KAR KE THAK GAYAA. BOTTOMLINE: Dont try porn if your PC is not secured Edited July 26, 2006 by cmahendra

Grow up buddy, its a world of possiblities and somehow the wierd possibilities realize more often! we were just speculating and you took it seriiously. too hyper I guess Dude! Its not hyper, was in just masti mood to make some kinda active atmosphere! Else most forums threads are like boring things. And yes! Why blogs are stopped/banned by GOI is not todays subject. May be more on it on it somewhere else (apporpriate place) bye for now C. Mahendra Webmaster, Indiacam Right to Information Act. He he he ! Do you mean RTPI ??? Right To Porn Information! abhay 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2006 lol after all growing up and and getting older YES rakesh u can surf porn freely
raccoon 53 Report post Posted July 26, 2006 (edited) Lets assume for now that its illegal to surf porn even in your private premises ...and they do catch you. Well, a very good way out would be to say that you had absolutely no idea about visiting any porn site. And as you know, many types of malware redirect you to porn site without any action of the sort on your part. So how can you be held responsible? In fact you can claim to be the injured party as it was your system that was intruded upon and your security/privacy/data that was compromised! Tell them to throw the book at the malware creators! You can always get malware to work in your favour, you see? Edited July 26, 2006 by raccoon
abhay 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2006 (edited) well buddy !! malware should already be existing on ur pc for that!!! then even if u have a malware that "ALREADY" exists in ur system u have to prove that the malware actually redirected u to the porn and u dint actually visited it u cant claim as the "injured party" until then so to keep things simple lets ourselfs visit some pron sites Edited July 26, 2006 by abhay
raccoon 53 Report post Posted July 27, 2006 Dude, there are many variants of malware that are extremely difficult to detect ...like rootkits, etc. Nobody except the writer can know exactly how it will behave. One can also write malware which does its thing and then cleans up after itself! So how can one possibly prove anything concrete? Also, one can always claim ignorance ...and anyway, how many comp users do you think even know half the things about malware? It a very, very plausible excuse. Its an amazingly complex jungle! Laws are made by asses ...the more laws we make, the more loopholes you can find! If we see whatever we see on our own comps and net which we are paying for, its no one elses business to tell us what is good for us to see! Gawd knows when humans will see the wisdom is minding their own business...

Gawd knows when humans will see the wisdom is minding their own business... Dear Raccoon Whatever you say, if they think any crime is conducted, they will first seal your PC and take to the cyberlaw department, where experts will see for any possible or logical reasons why you visited the Porn site in public place. Whatever reason you say is just your stand or opinion, which is not justified in any case. Ab chor pakadneke baad kya bolegaa, yehi bolegaa. But dude, there really are experts with them called Forensic Labs, Digital Media Division, situated in Mumbai and all major cities. But dont worry they are mainly used for high profile cases. Like the CD of Anara Gupta Sex Scandle case was sent to Bangalore for testing if the girl in VCD is Anara Gupta or not and if any mixing is done by anyone. In short, Whether you had malware/spyware/browser hijackers or not, say BYE BYE to your PC for minimum 7 to 8 years. They have right to take the whole system because it was used in the crime (if they think any crime is conducted) , and can keep until you are proved innocent. Its law yaar. Dont under-estimate it. FYI, I myself have personally visited police gowdown where 100/150 PCs are thrown which are siezed from WINTEK by Crime Branch S. S. Department (Crawford Market, Mumbai), since last 10 years as the case is still pending, as per my knowledge. At few time I myself have helped this department in some cases. That is another story. All this can happen only if they think any crime is conducted and reported accordingly by your Girlfriend's father or brother or ex-bf. I still say, private viewing is not an offence. But also want to say ....(ha ha ha)....use porn at your own risk. C. Mahendra Edited July 27, 2006 by cmahendra
