Dialing Problems With Lg Lsi-110 On Windows Xp

I am using LG LSI-110 for the last one year. I am really happy with the service. I just installed LG LSI-110 as a modem and want to dial. But I am getting two errors :

(1) The first time I press connect on the dialer, I get error 651:Your modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error. I checked through google but I am not able to correct it.

(2) The second time I press connect without disconnecting, I get the error 633:The port is already in use or is not configured for Remote Access dialout..

Can anyone tell me what might be wrong and how should I resolve it?

I am connecting to my IBM ThinkPad R52 USB and it is indentified as COM3 by LG LSI-110.
