Prob In Pc Sync Installation For Rd 6000 Set

Dear All,

I have LG RD 6000 hand set, and everytime i try to install PC Sync program, I get this message

"string PRODUCT_NAME was not found in string table."

Error Number: 0x80040706]

Description: Object reference not set.

Setup will now terminate.

and thats it, am unable to install PCSync

Could some one please help.
