shashank 8 Report post Posted September 3, 2006 Hi guys! Hope all are fine Assume that I'm a hacker (not actually)...................... If I get some details of a credit card of another person, WITHOUT hacking his credit card details and incase if i use it some online shopping sites, will i get caught ? OK. Let me clear you. There are few sites on the net which consists of hacked CC details (all are working). If I use those details in some online shopping sites like Rediff, ebay, etc. and buy any items, are there any chances of getting me caught ? Please note that THIS IS ONLY ASSUMPTION i have never tried that but i had this doubt.

Arun 795 Report post Posted September 3, 2006 i think you try it and tell us what happened after say 6 -7 months thats very unlikely in 6-7 months if he is actually going to try it, as it would be difficult for him to tell us what happened, from behind bars ! vishal 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2006 The only catch in it is your shipping address. If you could do something with it, you will never get caught. You have to take precautions such as don't ever use net from your home or office for doing this kind of stuff and try not to go the same netcafe frequently etc. Just PM me that site

amtrag 20 Report post Posted September 4, 2006 A few guys who sent threatening emails (after Mumbai local train blasts) to the prez from a cyber cafe in Bhopal, were eventually traced and arrested! So I don't feel even a cyber cafe is as safe as we assume.

Honest 836 Report post Posted September 5, 2006 It has been clearly asked in this thread, that if someone do any illegal work what will be the consequences ? I think this kind of stuff must not be entertained in this forum and should be closed also the member must be warned for his future posts. Regards.
Arun 795 Report post Posted September 5, 2006 This topic was initially moved to the Junkyard by a moderator on the same day, but I wasn't sure whether the OP had seen the replies in the topic before it was removed. It was me who moved it back to the General Chat forum later. My intention was to make it clear for him (and others) that he/she will eventually get caught if such an act is done. And since there is no information in this thread which contains sources where you can get illegal contents, I guess the thread is clean for now. And thats exactly what Abhay concluded in his post too
