If there is a mobile handset inside they are refuse to take this. That day I straggling so much in Bhubaneswar for book a parcel. At last I found the Overnite Express courier. They have not asking so much and booked. The service also very fast. Just one day they delivered at kolkota for Rs.135. It is the express service. If you book in normal it cost you around Rs. 80. Abhishek Pujar 10 Report post Posted December 10, 2012 i use dtdc they charge me 25 for in state and around 75 for national for just phone and charger (basically below 500 gms) and they do not cover insurance or anything so chances of the phone missing are high! maniac8828 24 Report post Posted July 5, 2013 This is a big problem I have faced till now while trying to ship out mobile phone.All the major courier companies either decline to ship mobile phones or ask an exorbitant amount. Blue dart even asked >2.5k (with insurance) plus so many formalities....Not sure how it is being done by so many of guys selling phones here??Am I missing some trick or special technique??Any recent updates on the couriers? Look for a legitimate business center who has blue dart logo showing along with other companies. These guys have basically multiple accounts with all category of logistics. They take your packet and send through their account at very reasonable rates. Basically adding mark up on discounted rates he gets. Here in Jaipur I located one such guy and been using his service for few years now.
