Those are quite old plans. And they dont charge Roaming rentals for any plan!

Rs. 48/- 30 Days 150 National SMS

Rs. 102/- 30 days 500 Nationa SMS (just 0.21 per sms)

I m curently using the Rs. 102/- pack

along with this

Rs. 25/- per month and get 0.30 per local sms rate.

All this schemes are for prepaid for sure in Mumbai.
