There was a announcement on BSE that there was a board meeting of driectors and direcotrs have saiod that bonus shares r given. Now its 1 month but still i havent got the bonus sharexs. I contacted the registerar "Adroit" and talked to Ganesh who looks after core project. He said bse hasnt cleared the bonus and bse can take max 40 days to clear and once they clear the registerar distributes the shares. Can anyone tell what are rules for Bonus Shares ? has registerar told me right or is there a problem. Arent they giving shares pur[popely. Also i would like to know where can i comaplin about it. Is there any site where i can lodge complaint on net ? Are there any tv shows etc going on wich help investors against such problems. rakesh5295 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2006 K S Oil record date was just 11th sep and there hasnt been any meeting after that of directors to allot shares. Anyways its just 10 days. But my comapny record date was 18th Aug. and even there was a meeting of directors stating shares are alloted still the rgisterar is telling some bse periomission is reuired.
