tanveer 59 Report post Posted September 22, 2006 Miffed at the lack of response from reliance to my numerous complaints regarding the discontinuation of WAP services on 6265, I wan to vent out my anger at them. I have come across a few obn the net, Here is one that i found wonderful and one that can put any complaint letter to shame. This is a review on MTNL ADSL posted on Mouthshut by a chap. Dear MTNL,I have wanted to been an MNTL ADSL customer since 9th Nov 2005, when I signed up for your 2-in-one deal for ADSL-broadband and an extra free telephone connection. During this three month period I have encountered inadequacy of service which I had not previously considered possible, as well as ignorance and stupidity of monolithic proportions. Please allow me to provide specific details, so that you can either pursue your professional prerogative, and seek to rectify these difficulties - or more likely (I suspect) so that you can have some entertaining reading material as you while away the working day smoking beedi and drinking chai on the desk in your office and chewing pan or chewing gutkha or maybe both. My initial installation on the present phone line was cancelled without warning or notice, resulting in my spending an entire Saturday sitting on my fat arse waiting for your linesman??????????? to arrive. When he did not arrive at all, I spent a further 57 minutes listening to your infuriating hold music, and the even more annoying Bhojpuri [incoherent]robot woman telling me to look at your helpful website.... how? I alleviated the boredom to some small degree by playing with my test*cles for a few minutes - an activity at which you are no-doubt both familiar and highly adept. The rescheduled installation then took place some three weeks later, although the linesman did forget to bring a number of vital tools - such as his cerebrum. Two weeks later, my ADSL-router had still not arrived. After several further telephone or should I say cell-phone calls because mysteriously enough my existing telephone line too stopped working (actually 15 telephone calls over 4 weeks) my router arrived ... a total of ten weeks i.e:almost two and a half months later after I had requested it, and begun to pay for it. I estimate that the downtime of your internet servers is roughly 35%... these are usually the hours between about 6pm and midnight, Monday to Friday, and most of the useful periods over the weekend. I am still waiting for my telephone connection. I have made 9 telephone calls on my mobile to your no-help line this week, and have been unhelpfully transferred to a variety of disinterested individuals, who are it seems also highly skilled a**holes I have been informed: 1. that a telephone line is available (and someone will call me back), 2. that no telephone line is available (and someone will call me back), 3. that I will be transferred to someone who knows whether or not a telephone line is available (and then been cut off), 4. that I will be transferred to someone who knows whether or not a telephone line is available (and then been redirected to an answer machine informing me that your office is closed), 5. that I will be transferred to someone who knows whether or not a telephone line is available (and then been redirected to the irritating Bhojpuri robot woman) and several other variations on this theme. Doubtless you are no-longer reading this letter, as you have at least a thousand other dissatisfied customers to ignore, and also another one of those crucially important test*cle-moments to attend to. Frankly I don’t care, it’s far more satisfying as a customer to voice my frustrations in print than to shout them at your unending hold music. Forgive me, therefore, if I continue. I thought local cablenet-providers were sh*t, that they had attained awful customer relations, that no-one, anywhere, ever, could be more disinterested, less helpful or more obstructive to delivering service to their customers. That’s why I chose MNTL[inspite of awful past-record], and because, well, there isn’t anyone else is there? How surprised I therefore was, when I discovered to my considerable dissatisfaction and disappointment what a useless shower of b*stards you truly are. You are sputum-filled pieces of distended rectum -incompetents of the highest order. These Cablenet guys shine like brilliant beacons of success, in the filthy puss-filled mire of your seemingly limitless inadequacy. Suffice to say that I have now given up on my futile and foolhardy quest to receive any kind of service from you. I suggest that you do likewise, and cease any potential future attempts to extort payment from me for the services which you have so pointedly and catastrophically failed to deliver - any such activity will be greeted initially with hilarity and disbelief - although these feelings will quickly be replaced by derision, and even perhaps a small measure of bemused rage. Yours psychotically, Regards Give your ideas too.

mn888 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2006 Like go to a webworld and start removing my clothes? Or treavel all the way to Mumbai and stand outsude ADA s house and send him bouquets? Nope!!! If you do that, Ambaniji will find some way of making even more money by pissing off and on honest and frustrated customers. Like starting a porno site featuring harressed customers tearing off their clothes.
Honest 836 Report post Posted September 23, 2006 @tanveer Exactly, just go to any Web World and sit outside their entrance gate and protest their. You will be surprised that every third person visiting the web world for his / her complaints will join you in this protest. Also the media will cover you. You would be surely screened on nearly all prominent News Channels for your "GANDHIGIRI" style protest. Enjoy.
Nirvana 4 Report post Posted September 23, 2006 More than composing a professional complaint (which you should), make sure that you send it to the right person. I mean a higher authority, rather than a customer representative who would simply ignore it or would copy paste whats written in the manuals that they see on their monitor. Sadikk 301 Report post Posted September 24, 2006 I got anil ambanis cell number. (no jokes) U have guts ill sent that to u. Call him to wish him " GET WELL SOON MAMU" U guys know i come across this guy who believed to anils right hand, took 7k bribe from me for kind of a work in reliance. He is commited to his work though.
mn888 0 Report post Posted September 24, 2006 (edited) Will calling Ambani work. His gang of lawyers will simply slap a harrasement case on you, and try getting every penny out of you. Then he and his gang will go on in their pervert persuit of more honest customers to screw. It may be more time consuming than simply giving better support, but harrasing customers is like breathing on oxygen for people like these. They can't live without it. Honest 836 Report post Posted September 28, 2006 @Tanveer Don't forget to give the "Miracle Hug" (Jadoo ki Jhappi) like Munnabhai to all the lawyers of Anil and see the difference. All the lawyers of Anil will favour you instead favouring Anil.
KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted September 29, 2006 HA HA HA HEE HEE HEE I almost fell off my chair reading this hilarious post. Atleast we RIMWEBians have a good sense of humour, which the entire RCL people lack. Great Fun reading this post. Keep it up. Atleast the monotony of reading complaints galore against Reliance is killed by such hilarious posts. @tanveer, No amount of Gandhigiri or Goondagiri will work against our beloved ADA and his cronies. Maybe you can give it a try. For your info and for others on this post, I refer to my rather pleasant experience at getting Unbilled Info from the CC yesterday. I had called up *333 yesterday morning and asked for the UB info on my corporate FWPs. I got the polite response that the computers were updation and then the CCE asked for my contact number. I asked him why he wanted my contact number. He again very politely told me that since the computers were under updation, he has been advised toget the customers numbers and that they will call me back as soon as the required info is available with them. Anyway I gave them my number rather sceptical that there will be no call and that this would be another gimmick. But to my pleasant surprise, there was a call in the evening, on the contact number given by me, advising me the UB info. So it seems that some RCL bloke is reading our posts and taking serious note of our comments. I remember that we had commented rather sarcastically on this endless computer updation feature on this forum about a month back. And yes, today i got a call from the local town office asking me about the WAP problem like what exactly was the problem and did I go to the service center for rectifying this problem. I very politely told her that this was a network problem and not a handset problem and hence this does not warrant a visit to the SC. Look at the ignorance of the town office people also. I also told her that TATA although a smaller company offers WAP access whereas Reliance being India's largest CDMA company does not offer this service. The largest communications company was unable to sort out the issue and is still dilly dallying on the issue for one and a half month now. Shame on Reliance. She told me that she will carry forward the complaint to the HO and that this problem will be rectified soon. After this I ended the call. Anyway, it apears that they are now waking up after a good sleep. So lets take advantage now that they seem to have got up. Let us not be sarcastic or vengeful in our dealings with CC or any other place. Maybe some good will come up now, I hope. Thanks.
