Assuming its Ebay India, best payment option is paisa pay (i.e thru credit card or online bank payment), check with ur seller what options he offers... If you are comfortable with the person you can make the payment first .........what is the item you have bought for some items you mey need not worry much for quality or condition in that case you can make the payment directly .How much is the amount involved ? Paisa pay is good options only thing is sellers dont prefer it because of money they have to pay from their pocket to recieve payment..........Most important dont forget to check the rating of you seller.
