Arun 795 Report post Posted May 8, 2004 I received a small box by courier today and it was from Reliance Infocomm Inside it was a medium size telephone book and an accompanying letter. Some excerpts from the letter... "Your unstinting support has played a significant role in Reliance India Mobile achieving the milestone of 7.5 million customers across India within the short span of 10 months, which is a record in world's telecom history!" "As a token of appreciation for your support, we would like to honour you with a small gift." "We look forward ro celebrating our next milestone of ten million customers, with you, in the not so distant future." Signed by: Mr.V Gopakumar, Head - Customer Care, Kerala Circle The courier is addressed from Reliance Infocomm's head office in Kerala (Kochi). So for each circle, it may be different. Lets see what these Karnataka (my circle) ppl come out with; if at all they do. But, I think the RIM facilities have improved 1000 fold compared to what it was in March.
