I had gone to rww to deposit my bill there was some error in bill I was being charged for r connect even though i subscribed b4 15 aug Now the intresting part I told this to the girl at counter she told so what if u subscribed b4 15 aug I was shocked I asked whether she is working for rel or not she went in asked her seniors then came back again I asked some question again she went in asked her seniors then came back at last she told she cannot solve my problem and sent me to another person there THIS IS THE KNOWLEDGE OF PEOPLE WORKING AT RWW

One thing more if you r getting waivers in bill see to that the service tax @ 8% is being deducted along with the waived bill 'coz i was wrongly charged about rs 400 for r connect from the month of dec they deducted 400 from bill but not Rs 32 service tax I had to convince them to deduct that amount also So be careful

I jus got a waiver of Rs. 8.64 for international SMS which were supposedly sent thru my phone, which i argued abt with them.

I asked the cust.care rep, how can it be Rs.8.64 n he said he doesn't know, where my bill showed it Rs.8/- ..Later on i figured out tht it was service tax included!!
