papikondalu 1 Report post Posted February 12, 2007 one more cheap h/s launched . classic 101 for rs 1400 - phonebook 300*3 entries - color background - with earphone -though smaller in size but shape somewhat tried to copy that of nokia 7610 - though reliance is launching so many new company sets but GOD knows of service centre. anyways nice phone in this range summary: This is just a phone with minimum features. If you want phone+tons of other features, try something else. I'm using this phone for the past two weeks. So far, for the pricing of Rs 1050, this phone is good. The voice quality and reception are good. It holds the charge for two days (don't know what it does in the long run). The plastic body is does not appear to be rugged (did not try to throw it on the floor similar to what people do with Nokia phones). The keys are soft. However, when you touch them they seem to be very loose, which reminds you that you should not let it fall off your hands. The basic features of this phone are good enough for a normal user who does not want fancy features. A big turn-off with this phone is the screen resolution. The fonts look like dot-matrix printed sheet. Even though it is a way to fool people, the color background (a color paper in the background) looks good. -PK
