Auto Disconnect –reliance Lsp-350r

Recommended Posts

Dear forum users,

I’m facing a uncommon problem,

I have a pc having P4 2.0,384 Mb DDR RAM (FSB 266),40 GB HDD

With dual booting Win Me on c drive and Win Xp SP2 on D drive. A sony ericsson K300i mobile with Airtelconnection GPRS is activated and Reliance LG-LSP 350R phone with data cable(I have purchased it from local market).I have installed both modems on Win ME and Win Xp.

The problem is after using reliance Internet after some time my internet connection is disconnected and I hear sound similar to during using new hardware wizard. In control panel modem diagnosis show error (usually after the error connecting via reliance dialer I got error code 633 i.e. port is opened). The problem solved by restart or after some time aging I hear sound similar to during using new hardware wizard.

My both modem drivers are show NOT digitally signed during installation. There is no problem with internet access via mobile.

I got same problem in Win ME, even only installing LG modem on both OS I got same problem, any body help me so I can use reliance internet service.

Thank you very much for taking interest in my problem

Regards

Use PING and u'll never get disconnected :P

And if u get "Port already opened" error, then simply remove the data cable from phone and then attach it again!

@Vishal Gupta

But my dear friend not even a single PING method discussed in old threads in this forum is working. Each and every time I receive this message "Request timed out".

Can you help me in this matter ?

Regards.

Thank you ,after using above suggestion (ping –t www.yahoo.com) but situation is improved but still disconnected after 30-40 minute and I found LG modem is removed but after reattaching usb cable it works again.

Kindly suggest any solution so I can connect long period.
