gids 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2006 hey every1 i jus wanna know how to dispose off/ get rid off stuff which can't exactly b put to garbage can. for example currently lying deep down inside in my cupboard are 2 unrepairable phones( samsung n191 n lg phone which reliance had in starting) and broken but usable samsung slim battery no 1 wants em n i don wanna keep em, wat 2 do? prathod 3 Report post Posted December 20, 2006 Try listing it on the buy-sell department,who knows someone maybe in need of them.I have seen many mobile mechanics buying dead mobile for components,u can try them also,atleast u will get something out of it. I think they moved to http://www.e-waste.ch/ also try http://toxicslink.org/ - it has working groups in Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai - Btw, did you guys know we can salvage GOLD from used/non-working cellphones?
