I was using my brandnew SCH191 since last few years and had bought this under DAPO offer and while talking it got dead., Neither it was getting on not it was getting charged. This is an epidemic spread among reliance network. I took the handset to the service centre and they snapped the repair bill of Rs.1997.00, Can u imgaine my handset is as good as new, there aint any scratch also on the phone and was very safely used. Rel. webworld also told cant claim any insurance and only option have to go for a new handset at my own costs. It was to my surprise and i think its the network which causes such problems and i dont know if its done purposefully to increase the sales of handsets. prathod 3 Report post Posted December 23, 2006 This thing has been discussed here earlier and someone has also given one easy solution to turn on the phone without spending a single rupee,maybe you can try the solution before giving up on the handset.
