theking 35 Report post Posted January 10, 2007 Have the patience to read pls!! was soo busy with life that i didnt give a bit of time for ME!! 5-6 days back, i tried this after desperate requests from mom . and trust me, its totally awesome!! i think, i have +1000% more energy levels since then!! I was later told that when v were born, v used to breathe in a rhythm. that rhythm got disturbed with emotions, fear, tension and stress.... and later, v get to a disturbed breathing....like breathing fast when stressed! The Rigweda has also mentioned some aspects of the pattern and the suggested breathing motion. Based on the studies and yogas, they have developed a perfect breathing pattern and based on that 7 minutes refining process!! (i though do not believe in the other things like rebirth and crap...but surely, the 7 minutes are totally worth the try) I tried sparing 7 minutes for 5 days and trust me that the effect is truly awesome! (will give a try to the normal course breathing rhythm too....but spare me for my laziness)!! A brief description of the 7 minutes (copied though):- 1st:- This Deals with the Area of the Heart and the Lungs. 2nd:- This Deals with the Area of the Solar Plexus. 3rd:- This Deals with the Area of the BackBone, Pelvic Girdle and the Knees. 4th:- This Deals with the Area of the Backbone, Pelvic Girdle and the Knees. 5th & 6th:- These Oxygenates the Blood, Adds a little Carbon - Dioxide CO2 into the Blood Stream, and activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System.
